Nicolas Falco

Nicolas Falco  –  Architect

Nicolas is an Argentinian architect, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. His work experience was developed in companies whose activity is carried out in the world of real estate, working on the creation and analysis of commercial and industrial projects, as well as feasibility analysis, socioeconomic and environmental studies that condition each project.

In 2020 he moved to Italy to attend a Master’s in Urban Planning: Polismaker, for the quality of living and sustainable urban development, graduated from the Milan Polytechnic in 2021.

In LAA, Nicolas develops architectural and urban projects with high capability to coordinate professional teams.

In his free time he likes to do sports, outdoor activities, and tourism. He has a great interest in Neuro Linguistic Programming and its application in communication structures

Riccardo Pilleri

Riccardo Pilleri  –  Architect

Riccardo is an architect, graduated with a Master’s Degree in Architecture for sustainable Design from the Polytechnic of Turin in 2015. He is an Italian native speaker, fluent in Spanish and English. Riccardo began his career abroad, Australia and Chile, where he learned about other cultures, languages and working methods. Between 2018 and 2019, he was back in Turin collaborating with local architectural firms.

He believes in socially inclusive architecture, and the use of technological innovations to project buildings connected with the environment.

In LAA, Riccardo works with passion on sustainable architectural projects, exploring new construction methods.

In his free time, he loves to practice sport surrounded by nature but also attends music and cultural events.

Riccardo La Malfa

Riccardo La Malfa  –  Architect

Architect, born in Sicily, he graduated at Politecnico di Torino in 2019.  During his work experience in Turin, he attended a Post Graduate Master in Regional Planning in 2021. Riccardo is proficient in BIM (ArchiCad). He develops architectural projects and he has a specific interest in the use of wooden materials.

In LAA he develops complex project with the use of BIM.

Riccardo is native language is Italian, with English fluency.

In his free time, he plays guitar and bass.

Simone Panfilo

Simone Panfilo  –  Intership

Simone is a student attending the Master’s Degree course in Architecture, Construction, City at Politecnico di Torino, previously he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Rome. Simone is competent in the field of conceptualization, design and communicative representation of the project; he has also acquired skills in management and development of the entire project life cycle, increasing his knowledge during his internship experience.

Simone is a native italian speaker fluent in English.

In his free time he loves to learn about urban sociology and get lost himself in flea markets searching for antiques.


Rosali Alessio – Graphic Designer

Rosali graduated at the University of Turin in Science of Communication in 2000 and specialized in Graphics and DTP. Rosali worked for different publishing companies, and in 1999 founded Alessiostudio, working on communication, graphics, and events design. From 2002 to 2005, she worked as a consultant for Turin Agency 2006, and she was responsible for the organisation and promotion of exhibitions, fairs of the Turin Olympic projects, as well as the coordination of virtual models, renders, and videos. Rosali is the founder and a member of the House of Arts and Architecture (Casartarc) 2006-2011. 

Currrently She mainly deals with HOLISTIC treatments and in her free time she is an excellent cook and meditates.


Dubravka Antic – New York office

Dubravka is an architect with 25 years of professional experience. She worked for large corporate firms (KPF, Rafael Vinoly) as well as mid-size design-oriented firms (Rogers Marvel, GKV) in positions of project designer, project architect as well as project manager gaining experience in all phases and aspects of architectural practice. Through her experience in interior architecture Dubravka has developed exceptional design, technical and management skills which allow her to clearly communicate the design effort to clients and all parties involved.
